Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you aren’t satisfied, you can return eligible items for a refund, subject to the following conditions:
- Return Authorization: Obtain a return authorization number through our website.
- Time Frame: Return items must be received at our warehouse within 30 days of shipment.
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 20% or $10 (whichever is greater) will be deducted from the credit for NON-DEFECTIVE returned items.
- Condition: Items must be returned in original packaging and should include all accessories. Some opened items may not be eligible for return.
Shipping costs for returns are the buyer’s responsibility.
